Autonomous defence systems are robotic or software platforms capable of evaluating environments, navigating terrain, processing sensor data, and performing surveillance tasks with human-in-the-loop oversight to increase mission effectiveness and personnel safety.
Defence AI involves the application of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision to analyze complex tactical data in real-time, assisting military commanders with rapid situational awareness and automated threat evaluation.
